Somewhat longĀ ago, in a galaxy located exactly right here Tallulah Mae was born.

As she tripped through life she met random people who had a way about them. Men, women (though usually women) who spoke and behaved in a way that made her feel… tingly. Like fuzzy in the back of her head, or behind her eyes. People whom being in the presence of just felt nice. Calming. Relaxing.

Many years later she discovered this phenomenon was called ASMR. Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.

The definition from wikipedia describes it as:

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia.[Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) signifies the subjective experience of ‘low-grade euphoria’ characterized by ‘a combination of positive feelings, relaxation, and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin’. It typically begins ‘on the scalp’ before moving ‘down the spine’ to the base of the neck, sometimes spreading ‘to the back, arms and legs as intensity increases’, most commonly triggered by specific acoustic, visual and digital media stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attentional control.

After nearly 3 years of exploring videos on YouTube and discovering her favorite triggers and the most amazing ASMR content creators she decided to give it a try herself.

After a few videos she fell into a pattern of creating Role Plays. If watched carefully, many of the roleplays from Tallulah on YouTube exist in the same universe, and are part of a shared story. Keep an eye out!
